When will my order be shipped?
How can I track my order?

Do we offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within Germany for all first orders. Shipping costs for subsequent orders depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@sandburgritter.shop or use our contact form. We will then send you a return form to include with your items.
Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
What is the return period?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If we do not receive your return within this period, we will offer to return the item to you at your expense.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original. If the desired item is not in stock, send an email to info@sandburgritter.shop, and we will be happy to assist you.
